Cranberry Sauce, first batch of 2018
I ended up throwing this batch out because the oranges were bitter and ruined the flavor. Immediately after dumping the entire pot, I used bottled orange juice and the zest of fresh oranges in a new batch. It turned out to be the best cranberry sauce I’ve ever made.
