First Round Fired

First round fired from my new Glock 20 Gen5 10mm. This trip to the range with a new Glock was somewhat discouraging as it intermittently failed to feed Fiocchi 180 grain FMJ-TC. On its second day at the range, it cycled flawlessly with Blazer Brass and Winchester 180 grain FMJ. I burned through what remained of the 200-round box of Fiocchi ammo in subsequent trips to the range and it routinely failed to feed.

The Juice is Loose

Tonight I begin prep for Wednesday’s colonoscopy. I’m hoping results this time will be favorable and am encouraged by recent CT scans. This will be the first one since November 1, 2023 when a large mass was found requiring major surgery.

Edit: All went well before, during, and after the procedure. Three small (noncancerous) polyps were removed and my next colonoscopy won’t be until 2028.
